I was genuinely surprised by how well my heavy wool overcoat arrived. The wool blend is remarkably thick and luxurious. It drapes perfectly over my suits and fits true to size.

I ordered a classic waxed cotton jacket for the wet winter months. It arrived perfectly packed, folded gently to avoid deep creases in the wax. The fabric is heavy, deeply saturated with waterproofing, and the internal tartan lining is thick and cozy. 

The courier was an hour late, hence the 4 stars, but the actual garments are exceptional. I ordered a waterproof winter parka and it arrived in a breathable garment bag. The outer shell feels incredibly durable, and the thermal lining is extremely warm without being bulky. 

My heavy corduroy trousers came neatly folded with tissue paper separating the layers. The fabric itself is fantastic—a really dense, old-school cord that you rarely see nowadays. The waist is exactly as measured and they fall perfectly over my boots.

Absolutely top-tier service. I received precise tracking updates all day. My quilted field jacket arrived looking crisp and ready to wear immediately. The stitching is flawless, the fabric has a premium matte finish, and the adjustable waist tabs allow for a highly customized fit.

 I ordered thermal-lined chinos for walking the dog, and they arrived perfectly pressed. You wouldn't even know they have a fleece lining from the outside—they just look like smart, tailored trousers. Incredibly warm and soft against the skin.

The shoes themselves are robust, with aggressive tread for icy pavements and a solid waterproof membrane. They fit like a glove and required zero breaking in."
